Thank you for shopping at Cookies Wagging Friends Boutique! We're committed to getting your furry friend's goodies to you as quickly as possible.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated based on order weight and destination.
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Remembrance Bracelets — Special Handling Our remembrance bracelets are handcrafted to order and require additional production time. Please note the following:
Turnaround time: 2–3 weeks from order receipt before shipment
At-home ash/hair addition: These bracelets are designed as an "add at home" piece. No collection kit is included — instructions for adding your pet's ashes or hair at home will be included with your shipment
Custom sizing: Standard sizes range from Petite (~6") to Large (~8"). Custom sizes are available — please note your wrist measurement in the order notes at checkout
Natural stone beads: Colors and patterns will vary by piece as each bracelet is made with natural materials
Resizing: A $10 resizing fee applies. Visit Spirit Pieces Bracelet Re-Size to request resizing after purchase
Dropship Orders Some items in our boutique are fulfilled directly by our vendor partners. These orders may ship separately and may have slightly different delivery timelines. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@cookieswaggingfriendsboutique.com with your order number and photos if applicable.
